Who are you? What is your purpose? Are you a follower or are you a leader? Are you making strides towards greatness? These are many questions I ask myself daily! There are many steps to come up with an answer to these questions.Many times people influence how we answer these questions.Whether it’s your peers,family members,or even your own negative thoughts. I learned it doesn’t matter what anyone has to say! Just “Be Free;Be You!” Let’s break this down Be free: Not under the control or in the power of another; able to act or be done as one wishes. You are free to live life how you please. Be You:You are fearfully and wonderfully made.There is only ONE you! You have a purpose in life and how you express yourself is totally up to you! We are all different. Society has always defined what we have to be,and you don’t have to meet these stereotypes to feel like yourself. Take at least five minutes everyday and think of at least 4 good things about yourself. Once you develop the confidence in yourself;no matter what someone says to you it doesn’t break you as easily.
Growing up I was always picked on,because I was taller than everyone else.Yes it hurt me.Words do hurt my friend,but you take all of it in and you GROW from it.Life is all about growing. I learned once people see you with a sense of confidence they respect it and you! So why try to become something I’m not? In high school I see that alot.Girls and boys who try to become something they aren’t just to fit in with others. If you have to try to fit in than those are not your friends! Whatever problems you may be having someone next to you may be experiencing the samething.So why not be yourself and make that connection to someone struggling with the same issue?
You are beautiful! You may not be a Victoria Secret Model,but that’s okay! If every person was alike then the world would be a boring place.Be who you are!Spread those wings and soar! You are FREE!
